The 2021 HOA dues, in the amount of $125.00, are due by January 31st 2021 and become delinquent March 31st 2021. A $25.00 late fee is applied to any payment made after March 31st 2021
If you did not receive your invoice for your 2021 HOA dues, please contact us via this webpage under the “contact us” tab and we will see that you get an invoice !

Dear Meadowcroft Homeowner,
As many of you know, I am in the process of selling my home in Meadowcroft and will no longer be eligible to serve the Meadowcroft HOA Board. In addition, the remaining board members, for various reasons, have decided to resign, at the end of this year. In an effort to maintain a viable board we have tried to enlist several homeowners to step forward and run for positions on the board, to no avail.
With this in mind, and in order to prevent the total collapse of the HOA, we are in discussion with HOA Services of Sumter, a local company that manages Home Owner Associations, to assume the management role of the Meadowcroft HOA. HOA Services of Sumter currently manages 15 HOA’s in the Sumter area and have been highly recommended.
We will be holding a Special Called meeting at 7:00, pm, 13 Oct, at Westside Baptist Church 554 Pinewood Rd., to introduce the team from HOA Services of Sumter and vote on entering into an agreement with them to assume the management role of the HOA and this will be the only item on the special meeting agenda!
We understand the current COVID situation but feel this is important enough to call a special meeting of all homeowners. We will follow the established COVID guidelines of wearing masks, social distancing and hand sanitation and ask, if possible, that only one member of the household attend. We also ask, if possible, please do not bring any children.
We will need an RSVP from you to ensure we set up the facility with social distancing and safety in mind. The deadline to RSVP will be Friday 9 Oct by 5:00pm. Meadowcroft hosted a neighborhood Scavenger Hunt Saturday April 25th 2020 for our Meadowcroft residents, what a great time we had !
Our neighborhood held a Teddy Bear Hunt and it was a great success ! The children loved walking the neighborhood with their families to find all of the Teddy Bear’s…..
Meadowcroft hosted a “Chalk the Walk” day on Saturday March 28th for those who live in Meadowcroft….what a fun fun day it was !

Dear Meadowcroft Homeowner’s,
When you received your initial letter from us a couple of weeks ago dated June 10th 2020 notifying you that the HOA board had called a special meeting to address the current board stepping down and a new board being voted in, effective August 1st 2020. The COVID-19 numbers were stabilizing and going down, with the pandemic being at the forefront of our mind we felt comfortable with going ahead with the meeting having masks, setting chairs up to ensure social distancing and having sanitizer available to ensure our safety. However, based on the COVID-19 numbers going up exponentially, we feel that holding the meeting would be irresponsible!
With the sharp increase in the COVID-19 numbers, and not being able to responsibly hold a special meeting, the current board has opted to stay in place for the time being. When my home actually sells and closes, I will then step down and Vice President Dustan Hurd will take over the president’s seat and carry the board and HOA through until the next annual meeting in January 2021 and a new board can be voted in then. Hopefully, the pandemic will have subsided and we can begin to find our way back to “normal”.
On behalf of the board, we sincerely apologize for the change in plans. We feel for the safety of all, this is the responsible thing to do. If you are interested in stepping up to volunteer to fill a seat on the HOA board, please plan to attend the annual meeting!

Our annual HOA meeting will be held on January 7th at 6:00pm at Westside Baptist Church 554 Pinewood Rd. Sumter SC , in the community building. Hope to see you there !
If you enjoy handing out candy, be prepared - it is a lot of fun! For all new Meadowcroft homeowners, be prepared for a large amount (and we do mean a large amount!) of trick-or-treaters and very congested traffic. Expect traffic to begin flowing in around 5:15pm and last until 10:00pm. You WILL have on average 200 - 300+ trick-or-treaters visit you! And don’t forget about the fur babies who visit us too!
We have had a huge response for the picnic and we are excited. we are looking forward to another great picnic that will be a night full of great food, great music, fun activities and so much more ! remember to bring your lawn chair, your drink of choice (we will provide bottled water) and you appetite ! we will to see you there……….
Special HOA meeting will be held in the community building at Westside Baptist Church 554 Pinewood Rd Sumter SC 7pm .
The agenda for the special meeting will be increasing the annual HOA dues to $125.00 to offset the cost of maintaining the berm that runs between the Meadowcroft and Windtree entrance on McCray’s Mill Rd.
Join us for our first ever Meadowcroft, A Night At The Movies Sunday May 26th 8pm— 10pm ! We will have games, prizes, Kona Ice (our treat) for the kid’s and in honor of the new Lion King movie coming out later this year…we will settle in to watch the original The Lion King.
We will meet at the community lot and all you need to being is a comfy chair or blanket and whatever you would like to drink, we will have bottled water.
Come on out and join us…..we are excited to launch this community event !
